Ease Into Yoga with Jeriann
Greet the day in sunlight and fresh air, waking your body with movement and breath.  Classes are designed to be gentle, truly easing you into yoga and your day.   $5 per class, no need to pre-register.
Mon & Wed, 8-9 am

Prana Flow with Jeriann
These classes are centered in Hatha Yoga, creating balance and unity and are designed to invigorate and energize you.  Want to get your prana mojo--join us and get that yoga glow.  $5 per class, no need to pre-register.
Tuesday, 7-8 pm

YinYasa
with Alisa
This gentle yin yoga class focuses on using your breath and foundational body alignment to promote flexibility.   Each pose and movement is designed to quiet the mind, helping you to decompress, melting away tension and relaxing both the body and the mind.   We use a set of bolsters in many of the poses, please bring a pair of pillow cases to cover the bolster each session.  $5 per class, no need to pre-register.
Thursday, 7-8:15 pm

Energy Flow with Jone
 Focusing on strength, flexibility and balance, this class will challenge you to the core.  Modifications allow you to raise or lower your energy intensity.  Jump start your weekend and get your mojo engine rolling.  $5 per class, no need to pre-register.   
Saturday, 8-9 am
